Wrongful death occurs when someone dies from the negligence, recklessness, or willful conduct of another. I’ve handled many wrongful death cases in my career.
Wrongful death cases are always sad and are always emotional. Most times, the families of those who have died as a result of a wrongful death are so overwhelmed by their grief and loss that they do not immediately consult with an attorney.
